Crash caused by excessive speed & mis-matched tires.
Road condition was good. If you watch carefully, the 3rd rider's corner entry speed was faster than the two previous riders. His line allowed for the higher speed, but his rear tire couldn't maintain grip.
The road temperature was also cold (below 10 degrees)
